Participation at India day Festival and Grand Parade

Mohanji Foundation Canada and ACT Foundation Canada were honoured to participate in the India Day Festival and Celebrations in Toronto presented by Panorama India in association with India in Toronto -Consulate General of India , celebrating culture, community, and unity. We were also proud to walk in the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞, carrying the Mohanji Foundation banner and flags, representing our mission of selfless service and compassion.

Alongside the festivities, many people visited our booth to learn more about the humanitarian work carried out through Mohanji Foundation Canada and ACT Foundation Canada.

The team had a chance to meet Acting 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐣𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐩 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡.

Visitors were curious and inspired by our initiatives such as:

ACT 4 Hunger – providing meals with love and dignity

Food Tree Plantations – creating a greener, sustainable future

Mai-Tri Method – bringing healing and relief to those in need

Animal Seva – standing up for beings who cannot speak for themselves

The response was heartwarming! Many expressed amazement that our work reaches not only across Canada but also globally, carried forward with the dedication of Mohanji volunteers. Some even invited us to present to their community groups, opening doors for collaboration and future seva opportunities.

One touching moment was when an 88-year-old gentleman from Mumbai, India blessed our team, saying, “You are doing amazing work.”

We are deeply grateful to everyone who came, connected, and supported us—and to all our Mohanji Acharyas and Volunteers for their commitment and love in representing Mohanji’s mission.

As Mohanji reminds us: “You take one step, I will take ten.”
